About me
Originally from Realengo / Rio de Janeiro (a place that I left at 19 years old, but that has truly never left me), I have a couple of degrees (Pol Sci 14' FU Berlin & MA ANSO 16' IHEID). I also hold a Ph.D. in sociology and gender studies (2023) from the University of Lausanne. I have one daughter and contribute to the work of some associations as a member, such as the Swiss Association for Gender Studies (RN: Globalization, Race and Alterities within and beyond the University), the SP Migrant:innen, and the Swiss Network of Young Migration Scholars.
Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.
Currently running for office in Biel/Bienne, Liste 8 PSR, JS et Syndicats. See our beautiful faces here.
Currently organizing an anthology on academic precarity, academic freedom and university autonomy (in Brazilian Portuguese) with the Brazilian publisher Lutas Anticapital. Out in December 24.
I wish I had more time for this.
